Brandi is an entrepreneur, skincare expert, author, and mother. As founder and CEO of Youth Dealer, she has built a seven-figure esthetics practice rooted in care and representation. Through The Parental Agreement, she shares an honest look at intentional co-parenting and building family beyond traditional expectations.
Lawrence Carroll
Lawrence is a devoted father, community advocate, and co-creator of The Parental Agreement. Alongside his longtime friend and co-parent, Brandi, he is raising their son, Hartley, through a partnership grounded in friendship, communication, and shared responsibility, offering a unique perspective on fatherhood and family.
